Best Coffee Candy
I like delicious coffee candy. Just bought a box of Coffee Nips and am enjoying them as I type this...It's good, but a little mild if you know what I mean. Do you have any recs for coffee candy, preferably one with lots of caffeine? Thanks
As an aside, I recommend a fabulous coffee-flavored (and caffeinated!) lip balm. It's appropriately called "spazzstick."

It pretty much tastes like coffee with some sugar added. I really enjoy them. They also last for a long time, for a hard candy.

Kopiko. Indonesian. Perfect and very cheap!

ok, *love* the Spazzstick name! when i was a kid, we called Pearson's Nips "grownups" because only the adults were allowed to eat the coffee-flavored ones. ahh, memories :)
i once tried a sample of a Coffee Rio candy at Trader Joe's, and IIRC, it had a nice, rich coffee flavor - more so than Nips (though they will always have a special place in my heart). if you have a TJ's nearby you can pick up a bag there, or go on the Coffee Rio website to find someplace near you.
http://coffeeriocandy.com/my personal choice for coffee "candy" is dark chocolate espresso beans...though i tend to buy the decaf version, the regular ones certainly contain plenty of caffeine for you!

Thanks. I must have been a kid when you were 'cause only adults were allowed to have coffee nips in my house too!
I have seen the coffee rio candy at TJ's, but have never tried it. I think they're caffeinated too. Will have to check it out. I like the chocolate covered espresso beans too--good idea!
Oh and the spazzsticks are really good. The vanilla toffee (original) is the best, but they also make mint, orange, and chocolate cake. Smell and taste good enough to eat. Very entertaining website too: http://www.spazzstick.com/
