Read Posts Showing Up as Unread

All posts on some Topics (seems like most of my Topics) that I have been following for a long time are showing up as Unread. This is happening sporadically and not on all Topics, but it's making it difficult to follow some of my favorite threads. And, yes, I am logged in.
