Does anyone know where I can purchase pork belly to make at home? Any suggestions would be appreciated!!
I bought an 8-lb belly from Cochon about 6 months ago and cured it into bacon. Delicious -- but pricey at around $8/lb. They did offer to cut it for me if I brought it back. Good to know that HKM has bellies as well.
