Proof two packages dry yeast with two cups lukewarm water and a teaspoon of sugar.
In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 c sugar, 1/2 c honey, two eggs, one tablespoon oil - mix. Add in the yeast mixture. Mix in 2 1/2 c whole wheat flour and 4 c regular flour. Mix well, knead, let rise two hours. Prepare your loaves, egg them, and bake for 45 minutes at 350.
