I'm just curious as to why, so far, no chowhounder has made a single posting on this restaurant? Yes, lots of chats on Globe, Grace, Loire, Tatti, Harbord Room, Pastis......etc when bistros were discussed. But not Simple?! With the kitchen run by Masayuki Tamaru of 'The Fifth, Crush, JKWB and JOV' fame, I suspect the food should be pretty pretty good?!! But since there has been a recent posting on best pastry chef, Simple has some great desserts. Possibly the best chocolate dessert in the city.
