Italian take-out in North Palm Beach/Lake Park area
I just got take-out from a tiny little place called Enzo's Pizza & Subs in a nondescript strip mall on Northlake Blvd. between Dixie Hwy. and US1, and it may have been one of the best meals I've eaten in a long time! Everything is homemade and the flavor is delicious! The prices can't be beat, either. I ordered chicken florentine with ziti and the chicken breast was plump, tender and juicy and the sauce was delicious. My salad was fresh and much nicer than I expected from such a place. And the garlic knots, oh the garlic knots... to die for! Last weekend I stopped for a couple of slices of pizza, which were great. Like many such independently run places, I don't think this economy has been too kind to them, so I'm hoping to get the word out that you can't afford NOT to check out their food. They're open 7 days a week during football season and their chicken wings look awesome - perfect for game day!

Map shows this is near the Bicycle World and La Fogota mexican resto shopping center.
Nobody's pizza in the area beats Carmines Gourmet Market and I have almost had them all. Only Anthony's coal fired comes *somewhat* close in comparison but has a limited selection.
Pizza Bella across from Publix on US-1/PGA has decent takeout pizza.
Cardello's, at the southeast corner of Dixie and Northlake has a decent buffet, even though I typically loathe anything buffet.
Venezia, closer to US-1 and on the north side of Northlake is not that good. They have started using cheaper ingredients it seems.
Big Apple on US-1 in the old Winn Dixie plaza south of PGA has cheap pizza.

Carmine's Gourmet Market in PBG is currently running some pizza deals. A large with 4 toppings is only $12 and for lunch you can get any 2 slices and a can drink for $5. Carmines also has a huge selection of takeout food like killer meatballs, lasagna of all types, various pastas, veal or chicken parmigiana, and so on.
