Las Vegas Breakfast recommendations?

We'll be in Vegas for the Interbike show next week, two days of riding out at Bootleg Canyon. Would appreciate any recommendations on where to fuel up in the AM on our way from the Strip out to Boulder City. Thanks.

  1. Not sure what route you'll be taking but the Boulder Station Casino on Boulder Highway might work for you..they have a pretty good breakfast buffet that's under $10 and also a cafe that makes some darn good blueberry pancakes also under $10. I think the breakfast buffet was actually $6.50 last time we were there earlier this year.

    1. I would go a little out of my way and hit Hash House a Go Go. Actually it's not all that much longer because you can jump on the I-215 and get from HaGG to Boulder City pretty quickly.

Search this site for more info but the breakfasts are legendary.

        1. Don't bother eating in Vegas. Get to Boulder City early enough for breakfast there. Two very good choices.

          1. The Coffee Cup. Longtime institution featured on Diners, Drive Ins & Dives.

          512 Nevada Hwy
          Boulder City, NV 89005-2420
          (702) 294-0517

          2. Mel's Diner. (My personal favorite) Great chicken fried steak in one of the oldest buildings in Boulder City. History with your breakfast. What more could you ask.

          558 Nevada Hwy
          Boulder City, NV 89005-2420
          (702) 293-1508

They are both on the same block, so park and check each menu before deciding.
