Your list is fairly accurate but the Green Light bistro is closed. Their sister restaurant Annapurna has tons of gluten free items and they have locations in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Other places I like include Paisano's : ( gluten free pizza and pasta) Bumble Bee's ( lots of gluten free baja style mexican choices), India Kitchen ( your server can create a completely GF meal for you). There's also Whole Foods Natural Grocers in SF and ABQ that have tons of ready made items. If you are going to try the famous New Mexican chile make sure you ask if flour has been used in the prep. If unsure, order chopped green chile as opposed to the green chile sauce. Red chile sauce almost always has flour, I've found. Have fun at the Balloon fiesta!
