It can get very crowded during the weekend. However, I've gone before on Friday and it's very pleasant without the shoulder to shoulder crowds.

Added bonus to the pre-weekend visit: It' free! (all day/night Thur and until 5 pm on Fri)

  1. Great festival weekend, weather should be pleasant. Don't forget the Oktoberfest in Addison, as well. Wish I was here this weekend. <sad face>
