I did try to search both on Chow, Google, and streetvendor.com with no results. Sorry, if this has been answered before. Can anyone tell me what cart won this year? I'm not in the area, but friends will be in Manhattan mid-November, and I wanted to suggest they visit at least the winning cart. Thank you.
