I still see a For Lease sign on the spot where El Pelon was supposed to be relocating to in Washington Square. Anyone have news on this?

When I wrote about this a month ago, the co-owner said that they were at a stalemate in landlord negotiations for the Brookline site. Apparently it required so much renovation that El P. didn't want to proceed unless they could stay there for a while.
