I need to find a delicious gluten free cake for my friend's wedding. He's a chef and was going to make the cake himself, but realistically, he just doesn't have time. Any suggestions on where to find the most delicious gluten free cake in NYC? I know about babycakes - but am not interested in them as he loves his dairy. Any other suggestions?

I had a great gluten-free wedding cake -- flourless chocolate cake with mint frosting -- people still ask me about it. I got it at the Woodstock Inn in Woodstock, Vermont. You could call there and see if the chef might be able to recommend someone or something similar in NYC.
