New South End Parish Cafe?

So I heard they are adding a Parish cafe, on the cornor of Tremont and Mass ave. Is this true? Seems like a strange place...

soooo excited! just saw the "coming soon" sign yesterday.
that place has been vacant for 3+ years and I've always hoped a decent cafe or would occupy the space. it's going to be bumpin.

i had heard mass and columbus. not so strange -- spitting distance from berklee, northeastern, the hospitals and a growing residential neighborhood.

This has been discussed, and confused, once this week it's Mass and Tremont. Mass and Columbus corners currently occupied by NY Pizza, a Check Casher, Corner Cafe and a gas station. Parish going in the space of the Rent-a-Center.

There's now a sign for the new Parish at the corner of Mass Ave and Tremont.

FWIW, NY Pizza and the gas station are at Mass Ave and Columbus. The Check Casher and Corner Cafe are at Mass Ave and Tremont.
