Sea Grille - Boston Harbor Hotel
Had a mediocre meal tonight at the Sea Grille. The waiter said the lobster spring rolls were life changing...his life must be really boring because they weren't good and very little lobster.
The entrees were fair and the desserts and coffee/cappuccino were extremely disappointing!
I would not recommend this place at all. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I have eaten there once with friends who live at Rowe's Wharf. It was convenient if not particularly inspiring a choice. While the room was boring in that hotel-decor kind of way, and the lighting was assaulting, and the service was confused, I would not call the food a total miss. I enjoyed my chowder, which had a silken consistency, good flavor, and full of little neck clams and sweet corn. I then moved on to the crab appetizer, which was delicious. I am forgetting the preparation right now because it was over a month ago, but the crab was jonah crab - sweet and delicious. My husband had a pasta dish (of all things) and liked it. I believe our DCs had a pleasing tuna tartare and the chowder - forget what they had for mains. No one was disappointed. I would not compare it to Le Bernardin, but for seafood with a view, it was not that bad.
