Lobster Shack - Cape Elisabeth
I went there expecting the view to be much better than the food. It was.
I was very disappointed in the food and more disappointed in the cleanliness.
My cravings were for steamers and lobster... no steamers and lobsters were in the 1 1/8 range....I prefer larger.
The tables outside were dirty as were the rest rooms. Garbage pails overflowing. This is usually an indication of what goes on behind the scene,

I've been to the Lobster Shack a couple of times, and, in spite of its name, I find that the best things to get there are fried seafood and lobster rolls. I don't know what day or time you went, but the crowds there on nice days are enormous. If you got there right after a rush on a nice day, it would probably look like a tornado hit.

7:00 week day. Short line (3-4 people). Half empty. Still no sign of any clean-up.
