Anyone have any idea where cotija cheese is available in Toronto?
Thanks in advance.
It is at Perola's in Kensington. I find it to be more or less indistinguishable from your average feta. Apparently there is also a drier, more parmesan-like form too, but that sort is not what Perola's offers.
I bought some last week from Emporium Latino in Kensington Market (on the south side of Jumbo Empanadas).
Awesome, thanks. How was the quality?
You might want to try the Portuguese Cheese Company.416 259-4349http://www.portuguesecheese.com/index...
Will do. Thanks for the contacts. I didn't think it would be this difficult though.
Sorry no. You can buy it online provided you want 5kg or more.
