Good Bourbon at Montreal bars?
Hi all,
I'm looking for some bars in Montreal that have have good bourbon. I'm not talking about Jack Daniel's and the like, but bona fide Kentucky Straight. Is it a foregone conclusion that most good bars would have something like Woodford Reserve or will I be disappointed?
Any advice and suggestions would be appreciated.

I love Boudoir, but I don't think they veer too far from straight scotch - maybe a couple Irish whiskeys straggling around.
Still, nothing beats their early week deal. Monday and Tuesday nights, after 10PM, all of their scotches (and we're talking serious selection here - at least 30 or 40 bottles) are about half off. Say around $4 - $6 a glass.
It makes Mondays worth looking forward to! ;p

Yes, Blanton's and Knob Hill are both bourbons, although listed in that menu under American whiskeys. Korova above Copacabana on St-L also has both, surprisingly.
To the OP, I'm glad you don't mean JD. That's a corn mash whiskey, which is to even a mass-produced bourbon like Jim Beam, like Labatt Blue is to Pilsner Urquell. -
