That guy was great. What a showman!. The Food Network should sign him up.

Watch this episode if you haven't.

I must have missed the charm. Had to turn the channel after 10 minutes or so of god gags.

aw, I thought he was cute. His reaction when Bobby showed up was probably the most endearing of any I've seen on Throwdown. Of course, the focus on God could be a turn off for some. I wasn't offended, just thought it got a little tedious.

I just caught the show, and thought it was fabulous! I now have a fajita craving...and I just want Father Leo's version of the fajita. If anyone can find the recipe, I would really appreciate it. I've looked around, and haven't been able to find it on the internet.

Thanks! That's his original recipe. No fusion marinade with brown sugar and soy sauce. I didn't TiVo the episode, so I can't remember the rest. Would love it if someone has the recipes or the ingredients.

I think he was a little overbearing.

I thought Father Leo came close to, but didn't cross, the line between cute and cloying.

And both guys' fajitas looked great!
