Cantonese Chicken Dish in St. Louis

Years ago most Chinese restaurants in St. Louis were Cantonese and many of them served a classic dish known as Hong Su Gi. I would like to find a restaurant in the St. Louis area that still serves this dish. Does anyone know of one, or even just a Cantonese restaurant that might be pursuaded to prepare the dish.
