Fried shrimp heads?

Anyone know of a sushi restaurant that serves deep fried shrimp heads?

  1. Most of them do, well, they SHOULD, anyway.
I know i have had them at Bob San, on Division, Matsuya on Clark, and Momotaro out in Oak Brook. Probably had them at quite a few other joints, but I know for a fact I've had them at those places. Whether they'll have them every day is a diff story. Add Itto on Halsted to the list of "definitely had it there"

    1. P.s. -

You just made me get the craving.
      It's AWN!

      1. When you order the ama-ebi (sweet shrimp), they will usually serve the head deep fried.

        1. Itto Sushi, a fantastic sushi place, serves them for sure. And they are verrrry good!

          1. Coast and Hachi's Kitchen. Most decent sushi restaurants serve them. It's the best reason to order amaebi.
