Identify the mystery bean?

At the farmer's market recently, I picked up some fresh beans in-pods. The lady didn't know what they were called, but said they were similar to Blackeyed Peas - can anyone identify these mystery beans for me?

They look like immature pigeon peas to me.

These are indeed part of the greater family of peas that hail from Africa rather than the New World, including black-eyed peas, cowpeas, and the like.
