Margherita pizza company - Mt.kisco, NY

I noticed a new sign where Francesca's used to be(across from ShpRite, next to Carvel).
Has anyone been? If its the same owner I am staying away...awful food and terrible service

This space has been at least 7 or 8 different restaurants since I moved up here in 1994, and they are all terrible. And, I think they have been the same owner doing revamps.

Yes, I think it's bee the same owner back to the days of Rockwells. They also owned the place next door to Shoprite but finally gave it up a while ago (it's still empty).

At this point i think i would welcome Rockwells back...its a good space,convenient location, they just need some decent chef/food

I think that this space back in the 70's was occupied by Chucks Steakhouse...the very same group that is currently in Danbury. I wish they were back. The current group,no matter what their reincarnation,is consistently bad

I stopped in today to get a menu...I think it is the same as the old Pizza and Brew: red sauce and meatballs, but they have a brick oven. Not sure if I want to try it after the horrors of Francesca's though, I think the guy at the counter was the same one.

BTW, that's actualy Bedford Hills, not Mt. Kisco.

Yes, but for some reason I think of all of that secton as Mt. Kisco. As a matter of fact, if you call information for the phone number of blockbusters, which is in Bedford Hills, they have it listed under Mt. Kisco. So........ whatever.

Actually Blockbuster is Mt Kisco (as are Staples and CVS in that same shopping center). I think the border is just north of there as Rugged Bear and the kitchen place claim to be in BH.

And who calls information these days?
