I noticed this fairly new restaurant at 3885 Rupert when I was shopping at the Portuguese bakery down the block (great egg tarts and buns). So far I just tried a couple of their lunch special curries (chicken and lamb). Both were about $7 and were available in a variety of heats. They came with rice and naan. The curries were both pretty good - interesting flavours and freshly prepared with decent amounts of protein. They have a good variety of classical Indian dishes on the menu , including vegetarian. I have not tried enough of their menu to give a really strong recommendation but the curries seemed promising. Good value, clean and fairly small - about 20-25 seats. Worth trying and there is not much anywhere else in the area.

  1. Thanks for the update. I've driven by a couple of times and wondered.
