Any suggestions for a place to hold conference dinner in November (30-50 people, conference in marina del rey)

We are holding a conference in November in Marina Del Rey. We would like to hold a conference dinner- can be in or around Marina Del Rey or easy to bus to. It is expected there will be 30-50 people at the dinner. We checked out the dinner cruises but the only cruise that can hold that many people got poor reviews for food.

Depending on how fancy you want to go... a more casual (fun) spot is C&O Trattoria. I just took a group there after a biz meeting- its great. Huge portions, wine by the "honor system" italian style, passed garlic knots, and singing in the room. They have 2 locations because of their popularity- one near the beach and one about 1/2 a mile away-

if you're set on italien, far better food can be found at antica pizzaria on maxella in marina del rey.
c & o is know for it's quantity and it's price/quantity ratio.
antica costs more, but the food quality is much, much, much, much better imho.
granted, you don't have the endless, loud soundtrack of frank sinatra going at antica. . . .

Can Antica hold that many people for the purposes of the OP? I would think Antica's size and configuration would be an issue.

go directly to cafe del rey on admiralty way in marina del rey.
excellent food
excellent room with lovely views
excellent service
excellent wine list
good value for the money (but keep in mind, this is a fine dining/white tablecloth establishment)
