Recommendation for Scottsdale & Sedona for a vegetarian

We are staying at the Fairmont Princess in Scottsdale and will only be there 2 days next Thursday & Friday. We will be driving to Sedona on Thursday morning, so a breakfast place either in Scottsdale or on the way would be great.

We will then spend the day in Sedona, so we are flexible with locations for lunch. Rest of the meals will be back in Scottsdale.

I have reviewed the recent suggestions and we will probably try a couple of places (like Binkley's, DC Ranch, Los Olivos Norte), but my wife is a vegetarian (not vegan, she does eat egg products as long as they not too eggy.) Obviously some southwestern or mexican would be a bonus.

Thanks.

I've recently had some meals at Indian Paradise, which is close to your hotel. Despite the generic name, I think it's one of the best Indian restaurants in the Phoenix Metro Area. Like almost all Indian restaurants, it has abundant vegetarian choices.

Thanks, by the way, for specifying your hotel. A lot of visitors are naive about the size of the Phoenix Metro Area and specifc suburbs like Scottsdale and therefore ask impossibly broad questions.
