Central Kitchen.... Tonight

anais_in_waiting Sep 11, 2009 11:06 AM

I've been wanting to check out Central Kitchen for a long time, and am thinking of stopping in tonight. What are your favorite dishes there?

Any ladies interested in joining me? Impromptu Ladies Night Out?

I don't know if it's on their menu yet, but in the colder months, they've done a really nice duck confit with arugula salad & caramelized pecans, I think? I always get the duck confit however they present it.

Agree on the steak frites and mussels.

Haven't been there in a while but I was always most pleased by the standards there -- good oysters, steak frite with a big pile of watercress and mussels. I remember a good octopus dish as well, but that was quite a while ago.

The mussels were particularly good there.
