Anyone tried Posana in Asheville yet?
We want to try somewhere new downtown tonight, and are interested in Posana, but have heard negative things about the service and atmosphere from one friend who has been there; though, that was when they first opened so I would love to give them a chance...
The concept is great, and the menu looks good with decent prices. I'm curious if anyone else has been there and if the service is decent, if the plates are small/tapas style, and any other insights.
Thanks!

Yes, I tried it, and it was quite awful. They have decided to be gluten-free, and, of course, that means that their bread is dry and without substance. That is, it doesn't hold up for the few sandwiches on their menu.
They don't appear to know how to fry french fries (twice) such that their fries are just dry.
And they serve a salad dressing that could only appeal to a vegan.
The meal was quite awful, and it's rather sad given that their space is quite attractive and comfortable. Nonetheless, their space cannot compensate for their truly awful food.
