        <content>What's the best bang for the buck? I enjoyed some Scalia bought locally a long time ago, but not enough to justify the cost. The last kind I tried were Talatta, which I thought were more salt than flavor (I'm rinsing, soaking, etc, but they just don't have that nice fatty taste that the Scalia have). </content>
