I just read a post I made a few years ago on a "what would you have done?" topic, and I found myself disagreeing with my original response. This seems a bit schizophrenic, given that it's only been three years or so since my post. Has anyone else experienced this strangeness, or am I just getting batty in my dotage?

You're not getting batty.....{you already are} I didn't say that my evil twin made me do it.

Circumstances change, life changes, opinions change... you know. I'd like to recant half of what I've posted in the past simply because I've changed my mind or now realize how insipid what I typed is/was. Don't let it weigh on your conscience. It's a waste of time.
Or, is that a waist of thyme.

I agree pika; good doggie. Oh, if only we (The Royal We, n'est ce pas?) could delete our past posts that we did while drunk, stoned, embittered, in a food coma or a combo of all the above ;) Delving into one's online history is a scary thing! adam

I think it shows high moral character to be able to change your mind.
