Caterer Near Darien?

I'm looking for a caterer in or around Darien for a Sunday brunch/lunch after a christening. Will be somewhat informal (not sit down) and don't need help with service. Any suggestions?

    1. re: jfood does a very nice job on apps. the business is in norwalk but he is related to the wine store in darien. also, we just used sono bakery for a reception after our child's babtism just a month ago and they did a nice job, although you have to go and pick up the food.

    2. Hi!
In addition to the Good Food Store, The Pantry in Fairfield does a really wonderful job. From their tenderloin to their delicious desserts (I adore their Key Lime Pie) to superb appetizers, I highly recommend them. I'm sure it will be a lovely brunch!

      1. I wholeheartedly second The Pantry. I love that place! You couldn't work with a more easygoing chef as Andy for an event. He'll make suggestions or develop your ideas. We recently had a beautiful wedding and did an amazing cake..You will get hooked on their cookies.I regularly use their meat, the prepared foods are really outstanding, from salmon cakes, crabcakes, veggies, quiche, salads. I have used them for dinner parties, food gifts for new moms, neighbor events as well as ill friends. Hands down my favorite, although Isabel et Vincent make some amazing choc desserts...just too pricey.

        1. If your budget can afford it, Aux Delices in Darien... I ordered extra dishes last year to supplement my Thanksgiving dinner and everything was excellent.

          1. Patricia Blake Catering on Tokeneke Road, just off route !.
            The Best.
