Mangia carries all that stuff as well as the bakery in whole foods.

Tonnie's Minis near Washington Sq Park also has mini cupcakes which are really moist and IMO much tastier than Baked By Melissa's.
I walked by her stand the other day and tried them. Cute but expensive at $1/cupcake given that each cupcake has a diameter of about 1.5 inches and the taste was middling at best. Plus you have to buy a minimum of 3 cupcakes.

Tonnie's is now closed, sadly. I really liked their cupcakes, but never tried their mini-sized ones as you had to order them in advance.

Try Three-Tarts. They are on 9th ave and 20th st. They have mini everything and have a very creativve and beatiful baked goods menu. www.threetarts.com

It looks like Billy's Bakery (21st & 9th ave) has a nice cookies and bars assortment on their catering menu. Although they're not mini, maybe you can cut them up or ask them to do it for you.
Zaro's midtown/grand central location often has mini black-and-whites.
Crumbs cupcakes has pre-packaged mini cupcakes. You can get a variety pack or 12 of the same kind. I think you're better off at Sugar Sweet Sunshine or Billy's Bakery though. (Crumbs is pricey & their minis are the same price as the regular Sugar Sweet.)
My fave mini desserts were from Tisserie on union square. (Now closed.) It looks like they are still offering catering & wholesale. They actually had a lot of mini desserts.

If it's possible, the mini-Crumbs are WORSE than the big ones. I know, right, how can they be worse? But they somehow infuse grocery-store-baked-good taste into each one, making them look cute but taste horrible. Also, it's like 18 bucks or something for a 12-pack...definitely not worth it. While I haven't had anything I truly loved at Baked by Melissa, I'd pick them over Crumbs any day! They also have a new location on 14th if you don't want to trek down to SoHo.
