Arugula from Zin's Eastside Farm (Windsor)

Eastside Farm, operated by Susan and Jeff Mall of Healdsburg's Zin Restaurant, sells a wide variety of produce and eggs at the farmers market in Windsor and Tuesday night at Healdsburg. I picked up some tender yet very spicy/peppery arugula for only a buck a bunch.
