My wife and I are going to be in NYC for a weekend in October. I have been looking for a place to have dinner and I am having trouble deciding. Here's what I have: Blue Fin, David Burke Townhouse, Telepan, Tribecca Grill, and 21 Club. Please choose one and tell me why or if you have one to add please feel free. Thanks in advance. We are looking for dinner around $75 pp.

21 Club doesn't have the absolute best food, but it's a great experience for the atmosphere. If you do go there, get the classic dishes such as the Chicken Hash to really get the best taste.

By the way is the $75 incl. drinks, tax, tip? If so, all of those would be near impossible to hit that mark.

Any decision on this? I'm going to David Burke Townhouse in a few weeks and am debating what to order. I'm between...

      Apps:
      PRETZEL CRUSTED CRABCAKE
CRISP & ANGRY LOBSTER (DB signature, correct?)
      SHRIMP CANNELONI & ROAST PRAWN

      Entrees:
ROASTED STUFFED ORGANIC HEN WITH BACON AND LOBSTER
HANDMADE CAVATELLI & BRAISED SHORT RIBS
ROASTED & CRISPY SEAWATER SOAKED ORGANIC CHICKEN

      Anyone have suggestions? Must-tries?

I have never been to Blue Fin, but have had several excellent dinners in the past year at Tribeca Grill. I would recommend it.
