Chinese in Portsmouth NH/Kittery Maine area

Are there any great Chinese Restaurants in this area??? Been to Tapei and Tokyo in Portsmouth and it was just OK. Even a bit outside this area is do-able.

I know it is a bit out of your target area, but Ocean Wok in Hampton Beach is the best around.

I was thinking the same thing regarding the Ocean Wok. I just wonder if it will be jammed with the seafood festival going on at the beach???

No, there may be a decent Chinese place in Wells or Ogunquit, but not In Portsmouth or Kittery.

There is a new and very beautiful Chinese restaurant in Wells. However, the reviews are mixed and on the negative side. It is on Route One going north from Ogunquit on the left side and is called "East." It serves Chinese, Thai and Japanese. My understanding is if you order the right thing it will be great but most dishes leave a lot to be desired.
