Seeking fantastic boneless pork spareribs!

Folks, you all know how good - and bad - boneless pork spareribs can be. The great ones IMO are well coated with glaze and burnt/crispy. If I could, I'd get all end pieces.

I've also had terrible ones that are barely glazed and flabby.

Please direct me to fantastic boneless pork spareribs. I work near Chinatown, so that's more convenient, but I'll travel if they're worth it.

  1. Sounds like you're asking about what I know as "pork strips." There are a number of roast meat places in Chinatown. My current favorite is Vinh Sun on Beach St. Another i like is Hong Kong Eatery. You'll see various pork and poultry products hanging in the window. I always ask for the pieces that are burnt/crispy.

    These places will sell by the pound, serve over rice, or in a soup. Vinh Sun's soup and dumplings with the pork is fantastic.

    The roast duck is also very good.
