Ethiopian/Eritrean challenge -- Zel Dorho recipe?
One of my all-time favorite dishes at an Ethiopian/Eritrean restaurant is zel dorho, which I have only found at Red Sea in Oakland CA (http://www.redsearestaurantbar.com/), which is a great restaurant overall.
It is an amazing concoction of spinach and chicken (boneless pieces), a bit spicy. I haven't had it since I moved away more than 5 years ago so I've decided it's time to try to reverse engineer it but cannot find any recipes or even any leads (e.g., a similar spinach dish to which I could add/sub chicken). Does anyone know this dish or how to prepare it? Any tips, leads, advice appreciated!
I should add that this dish bears no reseamblance to the ubiquitous doro wat despite being a spicy chicken dish, so altering a doro wat recipe isn't going to do the trick.
