Cragie on Main makes the best pancakes by far. They are also about $3 for each pancake.

The King pancakes- two huge pancakes with banana and chocolate chip, with peanut butter between the two, topped with homemade whipped fream. SO GOOD.

Red's in Salem has great pancakes. Not even a little bit fancy but man are they good.

I love the blueberry pancakes at Mike's City Diner on Washington St in the South End. Delicious!
