Joel Rubochon or Guy Savoy - one Saturday night in Vegas, where should we eat?

We're in Vegas just for a couple of days. Already have a rez at Alex and were considering one of these two for our only Saturday night. Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

While I prefer Joel Robuchon, I agree with the others that both are excellent. Each has its own feel. Robuchon is slightly more formal, and its food is a little more intricate, with excellent presentation as well. Guy Savoy is slightly less elegant in appearance and service, buts its service staff is friendlier.

Guy Savoy, but as others said, you cant go wrong. It's like choosing between Beluga and Osetra caviar.

I can't speak to Robuchon, but I just ate at Guy Savoy and had a wonderful experience there. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

You can't go wrong with either. For me it would depend on what the specials of the day are. You can call or just view the menu boards posted right outside the entrances. I can't imagine you'd be disappointed by either. Enjoy!
