I will be getting some tatsoi in my CSA shipment this week. Perhaps I should be embarrassed to admit that I've never heard of such vegetable. Any recipes or preparation tips would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!
Tatsoi is a wonderful deep, leafy green. It's comparable to spinach. It wonderful quickly sauted with garlic and perhaps some bacon or pancetta. Use it as you would spinach or chard. It's really terrific in soups, too.
