Foodie & chef going to Cape May. Where to eat?

Going to Cape May for one night Where should we eat? We are in the restaurant industry and are looking for good restaunt with great quality food. Nothing touristy with just so so food. Please help

    Highly recommend Copperfish (chef and staff are great!)
    Or the Ebbitt Room.

          We really like Black Duck on Sunset. It is BYOB and menu is asian influenced. Thought it our best meal when in Cape May.
