Looking for suggestion for Birthday dinner near College Park

It's my birthday this week ....and being a Baltimore hound, not real familiar with the better restaurants in the College Park/ Silver Spring/ Bethesda area.
Tried Rays the Classics last week.....that was outstanding. What else can you reccomend in the $20-$$25 entree range?

Samantha's on University not far inside the Beltway. Salvadoran. Despite the appearance on the outside, is nice inside with waiters wearing ties (!). They also do very good steaks here, but different style than Ray's. High quality throughout.
