excellent for rodizio great salad bar resonable meats are very very salty tho

For rodizio, I do not believe you will find any place with this type of grilling that does not over-salt all of it's meat offerings....

For a Rodizio specific, I have been to Brasilia Grill probably four times over the last few years.  Two occasions were very good to excellent, while the other two were fair.  All occasions were mid-week, so the weekend push was not a factor.  The fair experiences were due to the selections of meats available (or lack there of)  during the course of the evening.  The same items kept coming around. 

While at the time of dining I have never thought the tastes of any of the meats were too salty to consume, later in the evening, I always experienced drinking a lot of water on all occasions.  I have not been to Sebra's Rodizio, but I would recommend Brasilia Grill to anyone seeking this type of dining.

      <content>Someone on that list posted about Sol Mar, I went there with some friends a few weekends ago as they had a 5 hour layover at Newark, and we all loved it. Can't wait to go back.</content>
