where is Milos Cihelka?

What happened to Milos!? Did he just retire? All I can find is some videos he has done and a million mentions of him by his apprentices.

Chef Milos retired many moons ago. He has some excellent videos. We do have some very good Chef's who remain in the area that served under Milos. Bryan Polcyn being one of them. Chef Milos was one of the few ACF certified Master Chef's in our area.

the first time i went to the forest grill it reminded me of the 'shroom! everything was perfect
i said to my companion.."finally something as good as the mushroom!" but on subsequent visits it was not the same (insert frown face here)

Just read that Five Lakes Grill has closed and is re-opening as the Mexican themed Cinco Lagos...
