I'm meeting a friend next week for lunch in Little Tokyo. He has requested a place that makes a good salad. Any suggestions?

Sushi Go 55 in the Mitsuwa Plaza can put together a salmon skin salad that is reall quite god. Not on any menu, usually, but still they can do it. A nice composite of textures.

TOT has several salad's on its lunch menu: Soba, Crispy Chicken, Salmon, Teriyaki Chicken, Oroshi, Tofu and Seaweed (Kaiso) Salad. My favorite used to be the Soba (add chicken).

Also, TOT's sister-restaurant, Joy Mart, also has several salads on its menu: California, Spicy Tuna, Yukke and Chicken Salad.
