While I don't go to any "sushi bars" as they tend to be a bit pricy for my very limited budget, I've found MingTen, on the second floor of the building right across the drive from Celebration Cinema North, to be a great place to go for good sushi. It's an Asian buffet, but they have a dedicated sushi chef who produces quality sushi all afternoon and evening. The fish they use is also of superb quality, surpassing that of a couple sushi bars I've been to in the past in Indianapolis. Never before have I had snapper that was more succulent than the tuna! Add in that you get all you can eat for around $13 (less at lunch) and you have an unbeatable destination for sushi.
