They were kinda like sausage rolls, but they would cook the onion and peppers with the sausage , and the dough was chewy on the inside. They make a very good sausage roll similar to the eppie. The sausage is good quality, and the inner dough has that "chew" you're looking for. A little on the small side, but only 3 dollars.
