Chili Cheese EGG fries??
There used to be a nondescript hamburger joint in Covina (now shuttered) that used to serve a big basket of chili fries with a raw egg cracked over it and garnished with generous handfuls of shredded cheddar cheese.
The heat and steam from the chili and fries essentially "cooked" the egg just enough so that the whites would settle, but the yolk was still gooey enough where you could mix it with the chili and cheese to swirl your fries in it as a sort of savory, custardy dipping sauce.
Is there anyone out there that still does this?

Wolfe Burgers in Pasadena is going to do this for me!!!
ME: Can you prepare your chili cheese fries with a raw egg cracked on top?
LADY ON THE PHONE: No problem, however you like it. Do you want onions with that?
ME: [bubble thoughts ... Score! "Will you marry me now?"] Hold that thought, I'll be there in person to order this.
Woohoo!

The Big Tomy's on Sepulveda and Pico does a huge chili cheese fries and they also have grilled breakfast items. They are a hamburger joint, I'd imagine you could ask for an order of the fries and have them just crack the egg right on top.
Hmm, interesting sounds like a gutbomb version of jook. I do love stirring the raw egg into my jook.

re: Jase
Ditto the rec for Big Tomy's, the one in Culver City can handle this as well. It's on Sepulveda, south of Braddock Drive. I like their CC fries and soft egg sounds like an interesting addition.
I'll also recommend Louis burgers in Compton for this. Egg on their CC fires sounds pretty darn amazing.
