The heat and steam from the chili and fries essentially "cooked" the egg just enough so that the whites would settle, but the yolk was still gooey enough where you could mix it with the chili and cheese to swirl your fries in it as a sort of savory, custardy dipping sauce. It's on Sepulveda, south of Braddock Drive. I like their CC fries and soft egg sounds like an interesting addition. I'll also recommend Louis burgers in Compton for this.
