Lunch Specials on the Upper East Side

Since I lost my job I've been checking out all the lunch specials on the UES. I've been to all the Indian buffets (which are pretty good) but looking for some more variety and for under $10. Suggestions...

    1. you might be able to find some fresh ideas here:

      focus on the ones at the top of the list - i sorted it to keep the lower-priced places first.
