I got the large All-Clad and have never regretted it, but it's big, heavy and expensive. The smaller All-Clad will be fine for anything smaller than a giant turkey. It comes with a great rack and two oven mitts.
Sometimes magazines have a listing in the back of things that are used in photos. Check that first, and if it's not there, write to Saveur.
I'd be willing to bet that the pan is a one-of-a-kind piece provided by a food stylist for a photo shoot.
That's the kind of thing you find at estate sales, antique shops, auction houses, etc., when you least expect it. You gotta have it and you buy it even if you don't need it. Sometimes it even costs more than you want to pay and you still buy it. Simply because it's beautiful.
