Need a Rec for Chinese Hot Pot

What are some good Chinese hot pot places in the GTA? My friend and I used to live in Taiwan and are craving some hot pot that is similar to how we used to eat it there i.e. self-service AYCE with many choices, personal pots. I've read some threads about it on this board, but they are all outdated or inconclusive. Icook, Rolling Pot? Are there others that are better?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I personally like Kam Toa more than say Dow's, which seems more popular due to its location on the hwy 7 strip. However service does slack, especially if crowded and you're seated in the back room. Good luck flagging a server. Their handmade beef/pork/cuttlefish balls have great mouthfeel.

All Chinese hotpots in Toronto are ayce, so the level of quality is capped to a certain mark. Here's a detailed post with suggestions, but keep in mind the focus of redflag folks is bargain, often at the expense of taste.

Places shouldn't be busy as hotpot isn't popular in the summer.
